Our Espresso
Sourced from Colectivo Coffee in Milwaukee, WI. The founders of Bhava Coffee often frequented Colectivo while attending school in Milwaukee. We love the notes of dark chocolate and orange peel followed by a long bittersweet finish which expertly cuts through the milk helping us create a coffee drink where you taste a balance of coffee and your choice of flavoring. Colectivo’s Decaf espresso has notes of caramel, cherry and herb. Watch our baristas spend a little extra time creating your drink. We dial in our espresso shots by fine tuning our grind setting, weighing out the grams of espresso and adjusting our extraction time throughout the day. We manually froth our milk, and we make sure to tap out the bubbles and swirl the frothed milk until you have a creamy, glassy texture which mixes perfectly with your espresso shots.
Our Simple Syrups
Our Syrups are simple syrups from Sonoma Syrup Co. located in Northern California’s wine country. Simple Syrup is a classic culinary ingredient first appearing in American cookbooks in 1796. Pure cane sugar is mixed and dissolved with water, heated and then infused with the real, actual ingredients you want the syrup to taste like. For instance, our Vanilla Bean is infused with pure Madagascar Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla beans and seeds, and our Lavender syrup is infused with fresh lavender flowers. The Simple Syrups are handcrafted in small batches in California and sourced locally and organic as much as possible. Sonoma Syrup Co. uses ingredients grown from organic orchards, fresh botanicals and organic gardens.
Our Sugar Free Options
Our sugar alternatives consist of stevia, honey and maple syrup. We are attempting to keep the ingredients our drinks are made with real and simple. We want to use the actual ingredient and not have lots of ‘extras’ in our recipes. We have not yet found a sugar free syrup which only contains the actual ingredient of the chosen flavor, and, consequently, do not offer a sugar free syrup. Honey and Maple Syrup do contain sugar, but our bodies process these natural sugars differently giving them a slight nutritional edge over processed sugar. Plus, you don’t need as much of them to flavor your drink! We offer Honey from Fox Honey Farm in De Pere, WI.
Our Cold Foam
Our Cold Foam is simply made from heavy whipping cream and your chosen flavor of cinnamon, caramel sauce or whatever helps you find your bhava!
Our Tea
Our Tea comes from Rusty Dog Coffee out of Madison, WI and is known as 6&12 Tea Co. It is a loose-leaf tea which we put in tea bags for you. It is carefully sourced from growers, organic where possible and never artificially sweetened. A lemon-flavored tea will use dried lemons, not an artificial ingredient.
Our Brewed and Cold Brew Coffee
Sourced from Valentine Coffee Roasters out of Milwaukee, WI. Valentine Coffee chooses only to roast top tier, rigorously graded, traceable coffees. They roast in small batches to ensure their full attention to each roast.
Our Nitro Cold Brew Coffee
Our Nitro Cold Brew Coffee is made with our Nitro Machine built and provided by Rusty Dog Coffee. Nitro Cold Brew Coffee is infused with nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas is naturally occurring, not harmful and will help sweeten your coffee without any additives. Watch as your nitro coffee is prepared, and you will be mesmerized by the look of the pour.
Our Food
Our food is sourced, as much as possible, from local restaurants, vendors and bakeries. Currently, we offer croissants, turnovers, cookies and muffins sourced from Alpha Delights in De Pere, WI and Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe in Green Bay, WI.
